Hello Margaret, this is Kinly calling from your family's care service. Is now a good time to talk for a few minutes?
Margaret
Oh yes, hello dear. I was just having my tea.
Kinly
How lovely! How are you feeling today?
Margaret
Quite well, thank you. A bit stiff but nothing to worry about.
Kinly
Glad to hear it. Have you been able to take your medicines this morning?
Margaret
Yes, I took them right after breakfast.
Kinly
Wonderful. I'll let your family know you're doing well. Have a lovely day, Margaret. 💚

You can't always be there. But you never stop worrying.

Living a flight or a city away means the space between calls fills with questions. Did Mum take her tablets? Is Dad eating? You don't want to call five times a day — that feels like checking up. But you need to know.

That guilt, that background worry — Kinly was built to take it away.

"Kinly makes that daily reassurance effortless — and gentle for them."

Three simple steps. Nothing for your parent to learn.

📞
01

Kinly calls.

A friendly daily call at a time that suits your parent, in their own language. They just pick up — no app, no login, no tech.

💬
02

They just talk.

A natural, unhurried chat — how they're feeling, medicines, anything that's come up. Patient, warm, and never rushed.

✉️
03

You get the update.

A plain-language summary lands with you each day. If anything seems wrong, a real person is alerted straight away.

Real information. No noise. Just what matters.

Every day, you get a clear picture of how your parent is doing — and you can read every word of the conversation.

Kinly flagged something
Margaret mentioned she had a small fall earlier this morning. She says she's not hurt, but a care team member is being notified now.

Have you had any falls or slips recently, even a small one?
Margaret
No, nothing like that. I've been quite careful.
Kinly
That's great to hear. Is there anyone you'd like to see or speak to soon?
Margaret
It would be lovely to see Sarah this weekend.

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Multiple family members, their own logins, everyone in the loop.

A friendly check-in, with real people behind it.

Kinly is not a medical device, not surveillance, and not a replacement for emergency services. It listens, summarises, and raises the alarm when a human should step in — always.

🔒

Private & consented

Calls are fully consented. Your parent's data is protected and never shared with third parties.

👩‍⚕️

Humans always in the loop

Kinly never makes clinical decisions. Every alert goes to a real person trained to respond.

🚫

No medical advice, ever

Kinly doesn't diagnose, prescribe, or advise on medication. It checks in — and calls for help when needed.

Families and care providers.

What families are saying.

Kinly calls my mother every morning and sends me a summary before I've finished my own breakfast. The peace of mind is unlike anything I expected.

My dad lives alone and refuses any kind of "monitoring." But he loves chatting with Kinly. He doesn't even think of it as a check-in — it's just his morning call.

We rolled Kinly out across 40 residents in three months. The alert escalation alone has caught two situations we would have missed on weekend shifts.

Everything you wanted to ask.

What if my parent doesn't answer the call? +
Kinly will retry at a configurable interval. If a call goes unanswered after the set number of attempts, a missed-call alert is raised for a care operator to follow up. You'll always know.
What happens in an emergency? +
Kinly immediately triggers an emergency alert to both a care operator and the designated emergency contact — two channels simultaneously, with a 60-second SLA. Kinly stays on the line with your parent while help is arranged and encourages them to call local emergency services.
Does my parent need a smartphone or an app? +
No. Kinly calls any landline or mobile phone. Your parent just picks up and talks — no app, no screen, no technology to learn.
What languages does Kinly support? +
Kinly currently supports English and Urdu, with additional languages being added. It detects the caller's language and responds in kind — no setup needed.
Is the call private? Who can hear the transcripts? +
Transcripts are shared only with the family members and care operators you authorise. Your parent's data is never sold or shared with third parties. All data is encrypted and stored securely.
How is this different from a medical alert button? +
A medical alert button requires your parent to press it — in an emergency, that's not always possible. Kinly proactively checks in daily, detects concerns through natural conversation, and alerts a human even when your parent doesn't realise they need help. It's an early-warning layer, not a reactive device.

Peace of mind, one call a day.

Give your parent a warm, daily check-in — and give yourself the reassurance that you'll always know they're okay.
